Hi Barb,

I received the makeover and watched the tape today.  You did a wonderful job! 
I loved your comments - it felt like you were right there in the room with me!  

I feel inspired and more courageous now to venture into a new hairstyle.  I think
I need to find a new stylist to begin with, who can help me transition out of the 
style I'm in and teach me how to manage the look myself.  I have no idea how to 
manage straight hair, having "scrunched" my curls with gel for 20 years.  
(I wish you were in my area!)  The pictures that most closely reflect my natural 
hair were the ones with thin, "stick-straight" styles.  I'm thinking about the 
straight bob, but will ask my friends what they think.  My curls are pretty 
dried out right now and I'm not sure how I'll manage growing these layers out 
but I imagine a good stylist can help me.  Even if I have to color my hair, do 
you think the natural shine will return to my hair once I stop perming it?  

Again, I'm so pleased with the tape and pictures and suggestions.  Thank you!
