Helping you get the answers you
need, when you need them, is a goal of Growth Strategies.
We take pride in the fact that we have
actual human beings who answer the phone and can most often give you the
technical support and assistance that you need right, on the spot!
If you are
not in a hurry, we still recommend the discussion board, as it is an
opportunity for all of your classmates to participate and learn from the dialogue. But
if you need help, our instructors are usually online 10-12 hours each
day including Saturdays. Look for the "I'm Online" icon at the
bottom of the classroom navigation bar. If it is lit then you know
your instructor is available. But even when it is not lit your
instructor may be available and not online at the moment. You have a
number of ways to conduct a one-on-one or a group meeting with you
instructor.
