Enrollment 
All that is necessary is to forward the student's registration information to Growth Strategies. We will handle everything from that point forward. Please fax (651) 639-3963 or email us the following information:
  • Class Title and Start Date
  • Student Name
  • Student E-mail address
  • Identify your organization

As soon as Growth Strategies receives enrollment information, students will be sent a "welcome" email message with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

To make students feel more involved, we suggest you forward all enrollments as soon as they are received. We'll immediately send a welcome message that reassures students their enrollment has been processed and gives them information that reduces calls to your office. Holding registrations until the last days prior to the start date leaves students unsure of whether they are actually enrolled and what happens next.

Enrollment deadlines
Please do not put enrollment deadlines in your promotional materials. We can accept late registrations for as long as two weeks into a semester. As long as a student understands that they must burn some midnight oil to catch up with their classmates, they will be allowed to register late. 

 

Student passwords

Each student is assigned a log-in password to gain access to the classroom. Growth Strategies incurs an expense for each password issued, so it's important that the tuition be fully paid before sending the enrollment to Growth Strategies.
 

Accepting online enrollments

Market research indicates that students are very convenience oriented. They typically are not prone to lick stamps and mail coupons. They want to click and buy online. We make it easy for your organization to accept online enrollments with no cost and very little effort.

Do you have multiple registrars?

Do you have more than one registrar processing online enrollments? Set up an email account dedicated for the exclusive use of tracking all email traffic to and from Growth Strategies, maybe something like; onlineclasses@yourdomain.edu. This will allow anyone in your organization to instantly verify what the status is of any given student, regardless of who handled the enrollment. All email correspondence to and from Growth Strategies is now in one place. All personnel can verify the enrollment status of any student instantly, regardless of who entered the student. The list can be sorted, stored and print reports. 

An even easier solution would be to set up a free email account with Google, Yahoo or Hotmail, that can perform the same functions, yet can be accessed from any computer anywhere that an Internet connection is available.
