Your
Instructors are
Available for Consultation
An instructor
is usually available 10-12 hours each day!
Helping you get the answers you
need, when you need them, is a goal of Growth Strategies.
We take pride in the fact that we have actual
human beings who answer the phone. Most of the time, we can give you the
technical support and assistance that you need, right on the spot!
If you are
not in a hurry, we still recommend the discussion board, as it is an
opportunity for all of your classmates to participate in discussions and learn from the dialogue. But,
if you need help, our instructors are usually online 10-12 hours each
day including Saturdays. Look for the "I'm Online" icon at the
bottom of the classroom navigation bar. If it is lit, then you know
your instructor is available. Even when it is not lit, your
instructor may be available, but not online at the moment. You have a
number of ways to conduct a one-on-one or a group meeting with you
instructor.
Live Video -- Windows
Messaging enables us to conduct live
video, audio or text messaging sessions.
Windows Messaging -- If
you have a PC with Windows 98 or later, most likely you already
have Windows Messaging installed and ready to use. Just double
click on the icon on your Windows desktop, then send us a heads
up that you are available. Don't forget to give us your username. If you do not
have it installed on your system, we would recommend using Yahoo Messenger,
described in the next section.
