What did you like about the course?
Everything was helpful. My thoughts are controllable. This left me with a new way to live. I can't believe how basic this knowledge is yet how few of us understand it.
What suggestions do you have?
For me, the technical stuff was not as good as practical and down to earth layman's information. I would not get so technical, phylosophical and physchological, yet that all needs to be there to some degree. I think a lot of the info goes over people's heads. I am a psych major yet, I found myself skimming the deep text and relating more to the practical text. some of the videos are also that way. Most are great. A few are over heads. Sometimes nonthinking is best and to overthink the subject of thought kills it!!

Gary was very precise and directed. To me, the cost of the class was worth this alone.
What suggestions do you have?
I do wish that we could have had more audio and video displays. I think 1 per each class segment would be a great improvement. I really enjoyed hearing him speak, and sometimes through the nuances of speach and the voice inflections, things can be better understood than by the written word only. It's also comforting in that you feel you have more of a connection with your teacher and that you're not out there on your own. Gary is a very good teacher and I feel and it would be nice to see and hear more of him.

What did you like about the course?
The most important take aways from my experience with the class was the Lesson 1 Assignments, the mind mapping exercises, and the great resources available with each lesson.
What suggestions do you have?
I started the class a few lessons behind and spent the beginning half of the class trying to catch up. I wanted to spend more time with the assignments but was anxious to move on and see what was next, it was a bit overwhelming at times but the course provided valuable information in every lesson.
