    I'm a self help junkie and I was impressed this is good stuff. All of it was stuff I had never seen before and it was very enlightening.

    What did you like about the course?

    The instructor's availability is definitely a strongpoint to any of these GSI courses. IN particularly for this course, I enjoyed the instructor's and classmates frankness about the subject of handling overload and also each of his / her words of wisdom. Afterall, isn't that part of sharing the learning experience?

    What suggestions do you have?

    I like the freedom of no accountability, however, if there is no checklist of 'what you should know' by the end of each lesson, or something valuable imparted, one may slide by and just read the resources. Intricate exchanges and a built-in accountability will provide a little more descipline for those of us who need it. Maybe some exercises in this per every few lessons, to prod us along.

    What did you like about the course?

    Lesoons helping me analyze some of the causes of stress and overload and exercises to help eliminate,or at least, low down those processes. I loved the discussion board!

    What did you like about the course?

    The light bulb came on for me in why I procrastinate. Why I delay starting projects? By delaying, a failure would not be a judgment on myself. It's a way for me to get past my perfectionism.

    What suggestions do you have?

    It was good, but had very similar techniques as were covered in the 'Law of Attraction'. Still good tools however.

    What did you like about the course?

    The material and references provided were excellent. I am reading some of the recommended books and find them to be very helpful.

    What suggestions do you have?

    I did not care for most of the assignments and did not feel that they were beneficial in dealing with this subject matter. I did, however, find excellent assignments in some of the referenced books, that I felt would be more appropriate for this course.

    What did you like about the course?

    Being able to do the class at my own pace and when I had time to focus on it, rather than responding to a set schedule where I had to go to a location at a specified time to participate.

    What did you like about the course?

    It helped me to think differently-to be able not to be such a people pleaser and say no.

    What suggestions do you have?

    Not to talk about new age issues as much and letting your mind go as in lesson 8. As a christian, I only want Godly thoughts. Jesus is my peace.
