Video Trouble Shooting Tips
If you are experiencing difficulties with video there are three issues that are almost always the cause for troubles:
Slow Internet Connection - If you are connecting to the Internet with a
dial up connection you may experience delays in downloading the video before it
begins to play. Streaming video files can be very large and will take time to
download to your system. Just be patient the video will eventually load and you may
experience some lip syncing issues, but the video should play.
Corporate Firewalls - If the video will not
load at all, check with your corporate IS department. Corporations often install
filtering software to block unauthorized content. Many prevent video from
downloading for security reasons. But if you have previously viewed video without issue then
try:
